You must inform us of your decision to cancel by R.A.R. mail and it is the date of receipt of this letter that will determine the date of your cancellation. The cancellation, whatever its date, does not exempt you from paying the full amount due. The reimbursement procedure can only take place under this condition.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the reimbursement of the sums will be made after deduction of the following cancellation fees, depending on the date of departure (unless otherwise stated on the sales contract):
- More than 60 days: application fee
- Less than 60 days: 50 % of the stay
- Less than 30 days: 100 % of stay
Following a cancellation, the application fee and the insurance fee are not refundable.
