Your kite trip will start to Icaraizinho. It's a charming fishing village, quiet and very authentic, overlooking a beautiful white sandy beach. Today, thekite activity has developed well, but it still coexists, in harmony, with the traditional fishing practice. The small village centre is very pleasant, both quiet and lively with a few good restaurants and one or two bars. Visit kitesurfingit's an excellent kite spot with a surface area that's moreflat" à low tide and waves at high tide. In fact, there are several spots along the Icaraizinho beach, easily accessible by buggy or 4×4. A day ofkite tour on the Caetanos beach located 40 minutes by buggy from Icaraizinho is planned. Caetanos beach offers both a sea and a lagoon section for flat water sailing. Beach restaurants provide lunch breaks.
For the second part of the trip, we'll be taking you to the coast. North-east Brazil, Barra Grande. Initially, it was a small fishing village tucked away in a bay, with many of the streets still made of sand! A small centre with a few restaurants and a bar welcomes visitors in season. kiteurs eager to talk about their passion over a Caipirinha at the end of the day. There's the beach itself at Barra Grande, just in front of the pousadas. It's a very popular spot, as it's very accessible and protected from the waves by the bay. We also strongly recommend that yougo downwind until the La Boca Lagoonthe ideal playground for free-style or the free-ride in the heart of nature. For the return journey to Barra Grande, there's no problem - for a few reais, mule-drawn carts will take you and your equipment back to the pousada... that's what thespirit of Barra grande ! You can take a downwind at sunset to the Macapa spot with a kite guide and a 4×4.
To conclude this kitesurfing tripthe last destination will be Jericoacoara. It's a little jewel on the coast. Northern Brazil. A former fishing village discovered by hippies in the 70s, the village of Jeri has managed to combine tourist development with preserving the tranquillity, gentle way of life and atmosphere inherited from the baba-cool years. There is no tarmac road to Jeri and that's just fine! You can only get there by 4×4, on sandy tracks through a landscape of grandiose dunessymbols of this part of Brazil. In the village, the narrow streets are also made of sand and dotted with pretty boutiques and excellent restaurants. The late afternoon atmosphere in the streets of Jeri once the sun has set is unique! This destination includes private buggy with driver for sailing to the best spots around Jeri (Prea, Guriu and Tatajuba).
