It is a kitesurfing cruise all-inclusive and intensive that awaits you. This means a lot of kitesurfingFrom morning to sunset, with our yacht as a mobile hotel for eating, sleeping, partying and relaxing in between kitesurfing sessions.
During this kite cruise on our motor yacht, you will spend a week exploring and kiting in the best lagoons and islands of the Red Sea. (away from the sharks)
It is a ideal cruise for the advanced kiteboarderss, the intermediaries who wish to improve their skills but we also have a formula for beginners. Each person will have a training adapted to his level during the stay. We have several boats, but it is the Queen Sherry which is chosen for this cruise. The crew has a great experience of kitesurfing cruises in Egypt. Best time to visit The perfect months
The water is warm all year round and invites you to swim with average water temperatures of 28 degrees.
When to go on a kite surfing cruise on the Red Sea? The best season is from April to October.
The most common winds in this area are the northeast monsoon winds, which generally blow between April and October. Winds can reach speeds of 15 to 25 knots, providing perfect conditions for experienced riders and beginners alike.
However, it is important to note that kitesurfing can be practiced all year round in some areas of the Red Sea.
The boat Sailboat or catamaran
This boat is the one you need for a perfect kitesurfing cruise. It is large and stylish, with a large bar, a lounge area with soft sofas and ottomans and even a solarium. The crew are great and will do their best to make the trip fun and full of ride time. It is suitable for a maximum of 22 kiteboarders.
You will sleep in comfortable cabins and air-conditioned !
These are 2-seater cabins with private toilet and shower.
You can join the cabin as a duo/couple or you can join it alone in a shared room.
This is a total of 12 cabins which is available in our kite cruise boat.
Logbook Programme of your cruise
During 7 days you will have the right to 10 hours of kitesurfing lessons in addition to the free (until there is no more light).
DAY 0
After being met at Hurghada airport, you will be transferred to the boat, which is moored just 5 minutes away from the new Hurghada marina.
We'll have dinner on the boat, if you're not too tired we'll go to the marina for a drink, then you'll have a good night's sleep.
DAY 1
Departure to the north of the Red Sea for a 6 day cruise. After a 30 minutes drive, we reach our first spot, Abu Mungar for a warm-up session, a perfect strip of sand to set up the sails, which you can kite on both sides. We will spend the whole day here, and sleep here too.
DAY 2
In the early morning, we head to one of the best kitesurfing spots in the Red Sea, the Tawila Island. A huge lagoon with crystal clear, shallow waters. Here the adventure begins. Welcome to a secluded beach with a good atmosphere, far from the crowded coastline and cities.
After a full day of kiteboarding, a well-deserved drink on the main deck awaits you, and after the sun sets, our crew may teach you how to catch squid!
While waiting for our meal to be prepared, you can watch the videos and photos of today's session on our screens. We will sleep in Tawila, ready for an early morning session.
DAY 3
If you feel like it, we wake up at 6am for a session before breakfast! We will spend the whole day in Tawila, and in the afternoon we will move to the third spot, the island of Geisum . We will sleep in Geisum.
DAY 4
We will spend the whole day in Geisum (again we can kite early in the morning), and move in the late afternoon to the Ashrafi Islands Our ultimate extreme spot! During the northern part of our safari we will travel between the islands to get the perfect wind.
Why not take a look under your board? The water here is so clear that you can easily see the dolphins as they glide through the water. A true pristine area and a great place to take advantage of our kayaks and snorkelling equipment to explore the colourful corals below the surface. It is also a great place for wakeboarding as it is very calm and flat!
In the absence of man-made light pollution, the stars here are bright and abundant. Enjoy the show with drinks on deck.
DAY 5
Before breakfast we will start a 10 km downwind descent to our next spot! The boat and our rescue team will follow us for safety. Starting with flat water, we will head out to catch a big swell.
We will end the day's session on Geisum . This is an excellent opportunity to explore the lagoons you missed last time as the area is very large. We will sleep in Geisum.
DAY 6
Morning walk on the island's lagoon. A good opportunity for a last photo session. We finish the kite around noon and enjoy a hearty lunch before heading back to Hurghada.
The equipment will be cleaned and packed at the marina. Still have the energy for more fun? We will go for a night at one of the most popular beach discos in the area. We sleep one last night on the boat in the marina.
DAY 7
It's time to say goodbye! After lunch we will leave the boat. If you have a later flight, we can kite at some of the kite spots in Hurghada, or just relax on a nearby beach until it's time to leave.
