This charming villa has a swimming pool, relaxation areas and a communal kitchen where meals are prepared by a local chef using fresh ingredients. The house also has a storage space for your kitesurfing equipment and is right on the beach. You can literally pump your kite and kitesurf just a few steps from the garden.

Progreso is a kitesurfing destination but still largely underestimated in Mexico. Here's what a typical session at Progreso looks like: blue skies, sunshine, turquoise waters... and you in the process of kitesurfing when there's hardly anyone else on the water.
The spot works mainly with a thermal side wind, which rises in the early afternoon and blows until sunset. Visit sunset kitesurfing sessions are magnificent. Along the coast of YucatánThe water is rough with small waves, but our excursions take you to mangrove lagoons and sandbanks, where the water is flat and you are completely alone in the water.

Progreso is ideal for all levels, from beginners to intermediate and advanced riders.
The wind blows almost all year round, but the peak season is from March to May, when the sea breeze blows constantly at between 18 and 25 knots.
These kitetrips are mainly aimed at independent kitesurfers intermediate/advanced level who enjoy travelling and want to discover the kitesurfing outside the usual places.
