The hotel consists of 9 double rooms and 1 quadruple room, all independent with private terrace overlooking our lush and private tropical garden, all rooms are equipped with brand new air conditioning. Private bathroom with Italian furniture and bidet.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi internet access.
The price of each room includes a hearty breakfast which is served every morning from 8:00 to 10:00 in our restaurant or, for a small additional charge, directly in your room.
On our beach you will have free sun loungers and sofas, as well as all the services of the bar and restaurant, with a beautiful terrace where you can relax in peace.

1, 3 or 5 hours of private lessons. Our instructors will constantly monitor your progress through the use of the radio.

We can offer the transfer for 45 $ for a private car.
From June to October we have the kusi, a south-easterly trade wind with an intensity of 15/18 knots. It starts blowing around 11 am and only stops at sunset. You can kite out from the right. We advise you to wear a wetsuit because during this period the water temperature is about 22/24 °C.
From December to March we have the kascasi, a warm wind blowing from the north with an intensity of 18/25 knots. In the morning, its direction is perfectly lateral, from left to right, while in the afternoon it turns sideways. This constant warm wind can blow up to 30 knots during the central days of the northern monsoon period. The water temperature in this period is 28/30 °C.
The average wind intensity is 20/25 knots on flat water.
