Our ecolodge is located in the extreme south of the Dakhla peninsula, right at the junction between the Atlantic Ocean and the lagoon. For the record, this beach was off limits for many years, which inevitably created a fantasy among sliding sport. Because it is a spot for surfing, kitesurfing, wingfoil and windsurfing. There is something for everyone and that is rare! The wind tends to be offshore, which offers a glassy wave and very long. The landscape is breathtaking With the beach stretching as far as the eye can see, in the evening you will come across those beautiful scenes where birds dive into the water while fishermen return to their modest Moroccan village. Despite your geographical position, you are not cut off from the world and you can easily meet locals.
You will stay in our accommodation which is located directly on the beach, at a few steps from the spot. There is something for everyone, from shared bungalows for couples to villas that are ideal for families. Our accommodation will ensure you a comfortable stay in a choice and tasteful setting!
Of course, the full board is included throughout your stay. You will be able to taste the delicious cuisine of our chef. It is with his various buffetsIn the morning, noon and evening, you will discover new flavours and enjoy yourself!
The big advantage of our place is the access to two different spotsclose to each other. On the ocean side there is a spot to sail parallel to the beach on a glassy water over 1 km, with a offshore wind. It is a very uncrowded spot with no beginners and no camps around. On the other side is the lagoon, 10 minutes from the bungalows. This is a beginner's spot with deep water and a perfect steady wind. You will have a blast with a spot without waves and above all privatized just for you! On these spots you can kitesurfingof the wingfoil or the windsurfing with our certified instructors.
We offer yoga and a volleyball court to complete your day. Make the most of it!

Our wooden ecolodge on stilts is located in an extraordinary site thanks to its untamed nature and its breathtaking landscapes. You will find yourself in intimate and comfortable accommodation. All this is done in a committed eco-responsible approach thanks to our 100% solar energy, our dry toilets, our local organic agriculture, etc...
Bungalow Villa
Find yourself in a real comfort and privacy. Our villa bungalows have two bedrooms with high quality bedding to promise you an optimum sleeping experience. One is a master bedroom with a bay window overlooking the sea, so you can wake up in style.
The accommodation is equipped with a double washbasin bathroom shared by both bedrooms with a walk-in shower, separate dry toilets and a terrace to enjoy a quiet moment.
Bungalove
Ideal for couples, this double bungalow with its bohemian and minimalist decoration offers you a great luminosity with the huge bay window giving on a sheltered terrace with sea view. The bungalow has a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a separate dry toilet.
Bungashare
Our shared bungalows offer you the same comfort, space and standard as our double bungalows. If you want to spend a convivial stay and meet people, this is the perfect choice in our ecolodge.
In all our bungalows range from 26m² to 31m². You will find natural towels, soap, shampoo & body lotion. Daily room service is provided to keep your living space clean, we are far from everything, but in the greatest of comforts !
Activities Courses, equipment & spot info
Integrate into our ecoresort, ION CLUB offers you courses and rental of equipment. You will be using high quality material in both kitesurfing and wingfoilbut also of windsurfing.
The courses for beginners are on the lagoon, where the water is calm and safe. You will also come across some freestyle kitesurfers who want to perfect their technique.
On the other side is the ocean. Here it is suitable for more experienced people with a offshore wind. It is really the perfect spot to have fun in the waves!
These are the courses we offer:
KITESURF:
Discovery + progression: With this is 12 hours of kitesurfing lessons it's ideal for novices! You will discover the basics of kitesurfing and progress little by little by learning how to use the sail, the water start, start to navigate on the water, etc... After these 12 hours, you will be entitled to the certification of your IKO level.
Other courses are available for intermediates: 6 hours where you will learn to better control your speed and board, start basic jumps, etc...
For advanced students, 2-hour courses are given to work on specific points.
WINGFOIL
10 hours of classes divided into 5 sessions to learn how to handle the kite and the foil. You will be able to discover wingsurfing and combine it with foiling for crazy sensations. No level required!
When taking a course, each student will receive their complete equipment to sail safely. Other courses are possible, either in kitesurfing, wingfoil or windsurfing. Please contact our travel agent for more information.
